FLYING by Carrie Jones is a fun and fast read (with obvious nods to Men in Black and other pop culture icons) that you'll find yourself gobbling it up without even realizing it. I have to admit that I wasn't crazy about the story after reading the jacket copy but this books quick wit won me over very quickly! Flying left her in a really vulnerable spot and Enhanced drops her right back in and kicks it up a notch. Luckily Mana is up for the challenge, as evidenced by the ending of the book! Carrie Jones is an excellent storyteller for young adult novels. I enjoyed to first one very much and have recommended it numerous times to teens. I couldn't. FLYING. by Carrie Jones.
